I am supposed to be studying for my physics and calculus midterms next week but last night keeps whirring behind my eyelids on a continuous reel and it’s sunny right now but I’m still in that dark underground room covered in beer bruising my legs and talking for what seems like hours with one of my favorite bands and I just cant study.
Today is good because
of my rearranged room;
I can look up from where I sit on my bed and see the sea;
It’s warm like summer;
I’m donning a new dress;
I listened to Hunky Dory straight through;
The pub on campus has a happy hour;
The Growlers are playing for free at my school.
